Is this the first time you are applying, or are you a returning member? Everyone, including current Engineering Ambassadors, must fill out an application. All (and only) new applicants must schedule an audition time as instructed.

You may select a woman's shirt or a men's shirt. Men's shirts are considered unisex. Women's shirts are shorter in length, have shorter more fitted sleeves, have fewer buttons, and have tapered sides for a more fitted look.
What (high) school did you attend prior to coming here?
Did you visit our Engineering & Technology Expo or any other UL Lafayette recruitment events, such as Preview Day, prior to attending the University? Please explain.
Approximate time spent in your engineering coursework and current degree program. For those of you who are not traditional students and have other hours that count towards another degree, you may select more than one option. An example would be a student who changes their major from art to civil engineering after three years. Technically this person would be considered a junior, but they are enrolled in freshman coursework for the current academic year. They should select "nontraditional student" AND "freshman."
List any concentrations, minors, or other degrees you are currently working on.
List any other degrees that you have earned.
