Sponsors for Engineering & Technology Week Events
The College of Engineering takes pride in keeping the Engineering & Technology Expo free to the public and to our industry volunteers. In order to continue to do this we rely on sponsors to help offset the costs of facilitating and planning this huge event. With approximately 2,300 guests and 500 volunteers that include industry, UL students, faculty and staff, any help is greatly appreciated. Sponsors are also needed for our UL student activities during Engineering & Technology Week.
If you would like to make a contribution as a sponsor we will be sure to acknowledge your kindness. Donation Solicitation letters are available for your records along with tax info. There are no set amounts for sponsorships and donors may chose the amount or ask for a recommended amount. All payments are made to the UL Lafayette Foundation Engineering & Technology Week Account and can be in the form of check or credit. Please contact Rebecca Doucet at 337-482-6713 or firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about donations.
