2023 Mystery Challenge Pre-Registration Pre-registration forms must be recieved by March 24, 2023 to participate in the Mystery Challenge. Type of Contestant * Select if you are registering a single contestant or a team of students. Each team may include up to three students and only one team is allowed per school. Single Contestant Team (2-3 students) Name of High School * If you are a home-school student, please list the name of your home-school association. City, State of High School * Participation is limited to high school students in the state of Louisiana. Exceptions may be granted upon request. Teacher's First & Last Name * List the first and last name of the teacher directly responsible for the student participating in the challenge.
