The College of Engineering would like to congratulate Dr. Shawn Wilson, Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Transportation (LaDOTD) and member of the First Engineering Dean's Advisory Council, on his appointment as the first African-American President of the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) for 2021-2022.
