Mechanical engineering student holds waterski world champion title

The College of Engineering is extremely proud to share that Ms. Jaimee Bull, a senior in mechanical engineering and a member of the Ragin’ Cajun Waterski Team, has been titled as the Waterski World Champion. Jaimee competed in the U21 World Waterski Championship in Destin, Florida early this semester where she took home gold in women’s slalom. She also represented Canada, her home nation, in the team event. This year, Jaimee has also claimed the top spot in the Water Ski Pro Tour with five major events and three second-place finishes.
The Ragin Cajun team is one of the top collegiate waterski teams in the nation and are eight-time national champions.
