The College of Engineering celebrated its annual Engineering & Technology (E&T) week in March 2020, just before the transition to remote delivery.  E&T Week brings engineering at UL Lafayette into the spotlight every year with elementary and high school student tours and competitions as well as College of Engineering competitions.  Many events during the week promote the interaction among participating clubs and the campus community.  Sponsored by the College and Engineering and the Student Chapter of the Louisiana Engineering Society, E&T week gives all attending students the opportunity to see and experience engineering first hand.

“E&T week would not be possible without our wonderful sponsors, our students & student organizations, faculty, staff, industry professionals, alumni and the university community,” says Dr. Ahmed Khattab, Interim Dean for the College of Engineering.  Thank you for supporting our annual event.

Our 2020 E&T week presenting sponsor is Champion X.  Other sponsors include Entergy, Midwest Cooling Tower Services, Delek, US, Noble Plastics and E.R. Desormeaux.

The video below, is a collection of the week’s events and winning teams throughout the week.
