Fugro Chance, Inc. Civil Engineering Endowed Scholarship

In order to promote the profession of Civil Engineering and support a student attending the Civil Engineering Department at the University of Louisiana, Mr. Philip J. Stutes established the Fugro Chance, Inc. Endowed Scholarship.

Eligibility Requirements

1. Must be a student majoring in Civil Engineering
2. Must be a freshman
3. Must have a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA
4. Must be a Louisiana resident
5. Must have graduated from a Louisiana high school
