Charles “Chuck” Treadway

Chuck is a results-oriented executive with an outstanding track record of growing businesses and improving profitability through strategic portfolio management across markets and geographies. His experience spans 25 plus years in the electrical and related industries, living and managing businesses in the U.S., Mexico, Europe, and Asia. 

Chuck began his career as an engineer for the Square D Company. He serves as the CEO of Accudyne Industries, based in Dallas. Chuck also has served as CEO of several companies, including Thomas & Betts, Custom Sensors and Technology, and Schneider-Swire JV in China. He has also served as president of the automotive division of Prettl International and of Grupo Tesa Mexico, a division of Yale Security.

While at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (USL), he represented the College of Engineering as president for the Student Government Association and president of the Louisiana Engineering Society. He also served as the scholastic chairman of Theta Xi Fraternity. Chuck completed his M.S.E.E. from Clemson University in 1990 and earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1997. 

Chuck and his wife, Mercedes, served on the board of Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. As a family, the Treadways are involved with and supporters of Heroes for Children, the Salvation Army, and Unbound.
