Master of Science in Engineering
The Master of Science in Engineering is designed to develop a capability of applying advanced techniques to problem-solving in engineering.
In our MS in Engineering, you will take core engineering courses along with courses in your chosen concentration. Concentrations include chemical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and petroleum engineering.

Systems Engineering Doctorate
Systems Engineering is geared toward the rapid design and development of large and complex systems. Systems Engineering integrates all the specialty and sub-specialty groups of engineering disciplines into a team whose efforts result in a structured development process that proceeds from concept to production to operation. Example systems include coastal ecosystems, water treatment facilities, computer networks, visualization platforms, deep-water drilling operations, highway safety systems, biofuels production facilities, robotic units, refineries, fiber optic networks, aircraft, vehicle control systems, biomass gasification units, management of utilities during disaster events, and power grids.

Online Graduate Programs
Systems Technology
The online master of science in systems technology is designed for students who work in a broad range of industries: energy, manufacturing, chemical production, construction, and maintenance services. This master’s program will equip students with advanced problem solving skills and cutting edge tools to develop solutions to complex systems problems in these industries. Graduates of the program will be prepared to pursue upper and mid-level technical and managerial roles.

Tuition
UL Lafayette online students pay a flat-rate, per-credit-hour tuition. Online graduate students pay $480 per credit hour.
Additional course fees, including materials, labs and proctoring fees, are not included. Online students are not assessed additional operational and activity fees or out-of-state tuition.
