Industry Booth Display Registration Form

What company or organization will your booth represent?
Designated contact person for Expo updates and confirmations. This person will be sent important emails and instructions about the Expo.
This number will not be saved after the Expo and will only be used for emergency purposes or any crucial updates during the actual Expo.

This is extremely important for planning purposes. Please give a short description of your display to facilitate planning. This description may appear in an event guide given to Expo guests if submitted in time for publication.
How many people, including yourself, will be representing your company at the Expo?
✪ Industry booths and displays are not part of student tours. To prevent bottle-necking, booths being overlooked, and to keep booths in a centralized location, all industry will be assigned to an outdoor space. Indoor spaces are small, very limited, and will be off of the tour path.
Would you like us to provide a tent for your booth/display? (tents are not needed for displays in the garage).
