As we begin to prepare for the Thanksgiving break, I want to extend a deep and heartfelt THANK YOU to y’all for what you have accomplished this semester. Despite all odds----a global pandemic and a great deal of uncertainty---you persisted!! You have taken this crisis to task with equity and education in mind. You have gone above and beyond expectations and your efforts have been remarkable. Once again, BIG THANK YOU.

Our college is strong because of the people that inhabit it, and I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with each and every one of you. I hope that you all find the space to rest, recuperate and enjoy the holiday in the week to come – you all have earned it!

I hope you enjoy the short attached video.I wish you and your family a happy and healthy Thanksgiving holiday!

Best regards,
Dr. Ahmed Khattab
Dean of the College of Engineering
