Industry Volunteer Opportunities

Engineering & Technology Week is full of activities for our current UL Lafayette engineering students, and we need judges for a few of our competitions during the week of March 24-28, 2025.

  • Research Poster Competition - Monday, March 24
    Judging will take place from 5:30 pm-6:30 pm in the Student Union, Atchafalaya Ballroom
     
  • Departmental Display & Esprit de Corps (Best Decorated Department) - Wednesday, March 26
    Judging will take place during the Expo ~10:30 am-11:30 am

Please contact robin.hayes@louisiana.edu if you have any questions. More information will be provided to those that volunteer closer to the date of the event.

The Research Poster Competition is for UL Lafayette undergraduate and graduate students.
It will take approximately one hour total to visit all six of our departments for judging.
