PC Electric Scholarship for Sustainable Energy Education

Pointe Coupee Electric Membership Corporation is a rural electric cooperative serving members in Pointe Coupee, Iberville and West Baton Rouge parishes.  This donation to support scholarships at UL Lafayette is made in honor of the dedication of a solar generating facility in Pointe Coupee Parish and to provide a community benefit to the residents of the parishes we serve.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Must be enrolled full-time.
2. Must have and maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
3. Must be pursuing a degree in the College of Engineering with an interest in energy efficiency, renewable energy or sustainability. 
4. Must be a Junior or Senior.
5. Preference given to students who reside in the following parishes: Pointe Coupee, Iberville or West Baton Rouge Parishes.
