College of Engineering NewsCareer Day – September 18, 2008UL’s Office of Career Services hosted the Fall 2008 Career Days September 18-19, 2008, with Thursday, September 18, the day for Engineering and the Sciences. This event is held every semester as part of Career Services’ placement efforts. Kimberly Billeaudeau, Director of Career Services, and her staff gathered recruiters from all points of the compass to talk to students about career opportunities and industry cooperative programs. College of Engineering faculty and students met with industry representatives in the UL Lafayette Student Union Ballroom. Many of the recruiters present for the event were UL alumni and it was a chance to visit as well as recruit! Both industry personnel and students signed in. Kim Billeaudeau welcomed participants.
